REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Attendance at ICMI Study 27 is by invitation only.

Registration is via the "Registration" page on this website.

Note: Study Conference participation is only open authors who have received personal invitations, based on the outcome of the review of their paper submissions. Submissions are now closed. 

For these authors, the registration to the Study 27 Conference is open. 

Registration, including payment, closes on November 1, 2024. 

The cost of the registration is fixed at 250 Euros. The registration fee includes:

  • an electronic copy of the conference proceedings,

  •  lunch and tea on the four conference days,

  •  the costs of venue, administrative work, technical assistance, and facilities needed for the conference,

  • a conference dinner,

  • a contribution to the Study Solidarity Fund.

Payment Process and Terms and Conditions

Once you have submitted the registration form, you will receive a confirmation of submission and invoice for payment, from the email address icmistudy27.conf@gmail.com. Please be sure to look at your spam and junk mail settings to make sure you receive this important communication, (and also the general study email icmistudy27@gmail.com).

Payment should be made into the account details provided on the invoice. 

Note: 

  • Any transfer costs must be paid by the participant, in addition to the registration fee of € 250.

  • On payment, proof of payment should be emailed to: icmistudy27.conf@gmail.com. Your registration will only be confirmed once proof of payment has been received. The proof of payment must be sent to the email address icmistudy27.conf@gmail.com no later than 1 November, 2024.

  • Please contact icmistudy27.conf@gmail.com should it not be possible to make an international transfer from your country.

  • Cancellations must be sent in writing to icmistudy27.conf@gmail.com. A cancellation fee of $50 towards administration fees will be levied for cancellations made on or before 1 November, 2024. Cancellations made on or after 2 November 2024 will receive no refund.

Visa Requirements

Participants are advised to check the visa requirements specific to their country of origin. This  site is a resource to start determining whether there is a need to apply for a visa for travel from their country, and if so, what process may need to be followed:  Philippine Visa - Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines.

However, the responsibility lies with a participant to determine the specific requirements for their travel.
